Altar'd State is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand committed to giving back and making a difference. They are seeking a motivated IT Infrastructure Intern to gain hands-on experience with servers, networks, and enterprise systems while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related infrastructure

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems

Perform regular security monitoring to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data integrity

Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations and procedures

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff

Assist in administering backup and disaster recovery processes

Apply system patches and updates regularly to ensure software and systems are secure

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulations

Collaborate with other departments and vendors to support technology projects

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Basic understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and system administration

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization is a plus
