Responsibilities
Utilize leads from recruiting platforms to make outbound calls to applicants and proactively search for passive candidates
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to new applicants to qualify them for our home health aide roles
Complete phone screenings, interviews, and compliance requirements prior to onboarding
Coordinate with HR Benefits Administrator on new hires
Enhance new hire retention through employee engagement initiatives
Track and report on employee turnover by reason
Ensure recruiting metrics are met through detailed report tracking
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Spanish/English Required
Proficient in a Windows environment
Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Constructively handle diverse personalities
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Friendly, professional, personable, and analytical
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
2 years of recruiting experience preferred but not required
