Tulane University is seeking a Senior Administrative Program Coordinator to provide executive-level administrative support in the Office of the Senior Vice President. This role involves coordinating high-level executive events and working closely with various departments throughout the university.

Responsibilities

Provide executive-level administrative support for the Office of the Senior Vice President
Assist with the coordination of high-level executive and Cabinet/Board events, meetings and other special projects
Work closely with other departments within Advancement and other departments throughout the university

Required

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills required
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple demands and multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and keep projects on task meeting and exceeding timeline expectations
Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
High School Diploma and 2 years related/transferable experience
Bachelor's Degree
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered

Preferred

Some college and 2 years direct experience
Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years transferable experience
Knowledge of university fundraising
