Formulation development, performance evaluation, and stability testing to support oral care product development
Utilization and development of existing or new in-vitro methods to assess new technology performance for oral care product innovation
Ability to make decisions and provide recommendations on next steps
Present data to the Global team, which includes scientists and non-scientists
Competitive product landscaping and performance assessment
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Chemistry, Formulation Science, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related science
Minimum of 2+ years of formulation experience, preferably in oral care
Must be able to embrace ambiguity and be creative
Must be able to work independently, have a 'can do' attitude, and natural curiosity
Proficient in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
