Responsibilities
Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Design graphics and carousel posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Write engaging captions, hooks, and light hashtag strategies per platform
Organize and upload assets into shared folders and the content calendar
Schedule and publish approved posts across platforms
Apply platform best practices (formatting, timing, trends, native features)
Collaborate with the Believed Labs team during quick weekly check-ins
Qualification
Required
Proven experience running or contributing to social media accounts
Portfolio or links to past work required
Strong understanding of short-form content and performance drivers
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
High attention to detail and consistency in editing and design
