Deliver high-quality technical project work, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and cloud solutions
Collaborate with Support and Business Services teams through the entire project lifecycle
Mentor team members and share technical expertise
Provide design recommendations and ensure adherence to IT best practices
Qualification
Required
2–5 years in systems or network administration (Windows, M365, Azure, AD, VPNs)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer service mindset
Experience in managed services or MSP tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya)
Preferred
Certifications such as MCSA or CCNA are a plus
