They are seeking an Endpoint Software Administrator responsible for managing software and operating systems on endpoint systems, ensuring security and compliance, and providing technical support to users.

Responsibilities

Receives, packages, maintains, and releases software and operating system packages across UNG-owned endpoint systems. Ensures appropriating licensing and configurations are configured within software packages. Follows patch processes to ensure software security issues are addressed consistent with risk
Maintains and utilizes SCCM software center and other software repositories to maintain an enterprise-wide software catalog and view of software and compliance
Commits after-hours maintenance and communicates updates to software and operating systems changes. Participates in value streams related to endpoint software
Provide analysis, diagnosis, and Tier II/III resolution of technical issues for end users, including remote repair for remote users as needed. Contributes to the creation and updating of support documentation and provides in-time training to campus faculty and staff

Required

Associate degree required
Two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Driver's license required

Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred
ITIL certification preferred
Apple and Microsoft certification preferred
Experience with Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Intune, or equivalent endpoint management systems preferred
