4+ years expBrooksource is searching for a Supply Chain Engineer to support a Fortune 500 Enterprise Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Order Management engineering team. This role will contribute to Order Management and Inventory initiatives, help improve engineering operations, and support omnichannel capabilities through reliable integrations and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
Support and maintain order management technology solutions, including Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) and integrations (e.g., Boomi) to MAO
Contribute to current order management projects, enhancements, operational efficiencies, and incident resolution
Participate in agile intake, estimation, and execution processes for Order Management work
Assist with backlog refinement by providing technical input, effort sizing, and implementation options
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, monitoring, performance, and operational stability
Help execute technology roadmap priorities for Order Management applications and integrations
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to deliver incidents, enhancements, and project work
Partner with engineers across platforms, regions, and functions to ensure consistent delivery and support
Document designs, integrations, runbooks, and operational procedures to improve supportability
Qualification
Required
4+ years of related engineering experience in order management, inventory, supply chain systems, or enterprise integrations
Working functional/technical knowledge of order management concepts (orders, allocations, fulfillment, inventory visibility, returns) and related business processes
Hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise applications and integrations (experience with Manhattan Active Omni and/or Boomi is a strong plus)
Experience contributing to scalable, reliable services and integration patterns (APIs, eventing, queues, ETL/iPaaS)
Familiarity with collaboration and CI/CD tooling such as JIRA, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and participating in ceremonies (planning, standups, retros)
Ability to work effectively with onshore/offshore teams across time zones
Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in a multi-vendor environment and escalating issues with clear documentation and context
