In this role, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide customer service at a commercial real estate location.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, common areas, and the perimeter, noting and/or reporting unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns per post orders
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed
Monitor access points and property activity, assist with visitor direction and/or basic access control, and complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation
Support fire and life event response activities as directed by site procedures, including observing alarm panels or conditions, assisting with orderly evacuations, and reporting status updates to site management and/or responding authorities
Qualification
Required
Have 6+ months of security-related experience
Be 21+ years of age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
