Responsibilities
Design user interfaces and experiences for assigned features, ensuring usability and visual consistency
Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve design
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with product requirements
Ensure designs meet accessibility and brand standards
Contribute to design system components and maintain consistency across projects
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers
Stay updated on UX/UI trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality
Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct, including reporting of noncompliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
3–5 years' experience in a UX or Product Designer role
Proficiency in Figma and other UX/UI design tools
Experience designing responsive interfaces and applying accessibility standards
Portfolio demonstrates strong UX/UI principles and real-world projects
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with design-to-development handoff
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
