Responsibilities
Learn and support day-to-day activities of the Resource Management team under the guidance of the Resource Management team
Develop a foundational understanding of professional services metrics such as utilization, realization, and leverage
Assist with running and preparing reports related to staffing, utilization, and other resource metrics
Assist with updating and maintaining team members schedules in Prostaff (or similar scheduling systems)
Track assigned tasks and deadlines, follow up as needed and ensure timely completion of deliverables
Observe and gradually assist with internal communications related to scheduling and availability
Supporting the Resource Management Team with additional projects
Become familiar with and adhere to the firm’s policies and procedures as they relate to being an efficient and professional team member
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in business management or a related field
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
Ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Must be able to commit to 20-25 hours per week during the internship period
