Responsibilities
5+ years of experience of working in IT Asset Management Lead role
Ability to lead the team of 6-8 members of IT Service Center
Working knowledge of Apple-MAC operating systems and devices installation
Working knowledge of Service Now ticketing system
Knowledge of ITIL asset management process and EUS IT Hardware management process
Knowledge of IMAC process
Knowledge of maintaining the IT store assets, stock up to date
Working knowledge of IT Depot model
Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations
Take ownership and responsibility of an issues from start through to a successful resolution
Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
Maintains and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience of working in IT Asset Management Lead role
Ability to lead the team of 6-8 members of IT Service Center
Education - Associate Degree
Working knowledge of Apple-MAC operating systems and devices installation
Working knowledge of Service Now ticketing system
Knowledge of ITIL asset management process and EUS IT Hardware management process
Knowledge of IMAC process

Working knowledge of IT Depot model
