The role involves working with end users to capture detailed requirements, performing data validation using SQL, and participating in various SDLC projects utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities
Need to be able to work with various end users and capture detailed requirements, write BRD's when needed and functional specs
Performing data validation using SQL
Qualification
Required
2 years of HC experience, payor-side, claims processing, care management
Must have RDBMS (relation database management systems) experience, ideally SQL Server
Role require SQL writing skills (inner/outer joins, pseudo SQL) to mine data, do data mapping, data analysis without going to developers for assistance
Need to be able to work with various end users and capture detailed requirements, write BRD's when needed and functional specs
Most all SDLC projects, they use Agile iterations when they can but sometimes basic Waterfall
Utilize JAD/JAM Sessions
Performing data validation using SQL
Preferred
Any experience with medicare, medicade, compliance or regulatory, EDI is helpful (eligibility, enrollment, benefits, co-pay, etc)
Helpful if process oriented, or able to adapt to HC processes they have @ FCHP
