Responsibilities
Prepare CMM programs from CAD data and prints for component parts and assemblies
Perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections
Prepare data for PPAP and FAI submissions, manage CMM traceability reports, and perform gauge studies
Train and develop junior staff to promote department growth and participate in APQP problem-solving
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of CMM Programming experience
Strong knowledge of CMM measuring devices and software
Experience with mics, calipers, surface testers, height gauges, and Faro Arms
Solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) and mechanical capacity
Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting technical and time management goals
Preferred
Preferred experience with Mitutoyo Mcosmos
