Responsibilities
Lead fund-level underwriting for acquisitions executed by QC Capital portfolio companies
Evaluate acquisition opportunities for alignment with fund strategy, return thresholds, and portfolio construction goals
Perform detailed asset-level underwriting, sensitivity analyses, and scenario modeling
Analyze portfolio-level impacts including capital allocation, diversification, and risk exposure
Prepare investment committee materials, including fund impact, risk assessments, and return analyses
Support portfolio companies in acquisition strategy development and execution
Partner with senior leadership on capital deployment pacing and portfolio optimization
Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and closing processes
Oversee and coordinate due diligence efforts across financial, market, legal, and operational workstreams
Track market trends, deal flow metrics, and competitive intelligence across relevant sectors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline (MBA, CFA preferred)
7–10+ years of experience in private equity, fund investing, or institutional real estate acquisitions
Demonstrated experience with fund underwriting and portfolio-level financial modeling
Strong understanding of fund structures, IRR drivers, and risk-adjusted return analysis
Advanced financial modeling and Excel expertise
Ability to manage multiple portfolio-company transactions simultaneously
Strong executive presence, discretion, and communication skills
