Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi network infrastructure
Install, configure, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Perform rack & stack, cabling, patching, and labeling activities
Monitor network performance, uptime, and reliability
Troubleshoot network issues and provide L2/L3 support
Ensure minimal downtime and quick incident resolution
Configure VLANs, routing, switching, and security policies
Deploy and configure wireless access points and controllers
Perform firmware upgrades, patches, and device hardening
Support device provisioning and remote configuration
Conduct failover testing and network validation
Qualification
Required
