Responsibilities
Assist Lab Technologists and Scientists in developing new technologies, formulations, and processes
Support reformulation efforts for sustaining current products
Prepare bench formulations
Conduct technical performance and product testing
Gather experimental results
Analyze documentation
Report findings
Maintain strong adherence to good laboratory practices
Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, organized, and up to standard
Qualification
Required
High School Degree
Proficient in Excel and Word
Familiarity with lab practices
Previous work in a lab environment
Preferred
College level courses in physical sciences
Chemistry, Material Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering or other Science related major
