Sustainability Principal – Domain Advisor Senior Specialist
Sistas In Sales is focused on helping the world run better through innovative solutions. They are seeking a Sustainability Principal to drive ERP-centric sustainability initiatives, engage with customers, and enhance market penetration for sustainability solutions within both public and private cloud segments.

Responsibilities
Drive ERP-Centric Sustainability Value Proposition to both the public and private cloud install base as well as net new customers
Drives penetration of Sustainability portfolio into both install base and net new accounts aligned to our priority industries
Strategically nurtures Sustainability initiatives in install base accounts driving upsell opportunities
Positions Services or Partner portfolio with license opportunity where appropriate
Has the ability to lead consultative customer engagements, with a broad understanding of underlying SAP solutions, business processes, and industry value chains.Leverages a discovery-based approach to uncover customer pain points and priorities. Applies knowledge of our sustainability solutions into compelling value propositions
Evangelizes SAP’s sustainability portfolio capabilities with account teams including coaching and upskilling VAT team members capabilities through customer engagements and enablement to scale knowledge
Acts as the voice of the customer and field providing feedback to Product Engineering and Marketing
Stays abreast of solution capabilities and roadmaps
Collaborates with the Sustainability Adoption team and partners
Participates in best practice sharing with other Regional Sustainability Principals and Leads
Takes ownership of delivering on regional sustainability KPI’s including growing customer base/bookings and delivering successful go-lives and references
Qualification
Required
Customer focused
Knowledge of our private and public cloud offerings, BTP and Sustainability L1 portfolio
Sustainability knowledge and SAP customer facing experience in a software sales/pre-sales/consulting capacity
Industry expertise in one of the focus industries for Sustainability
Knowledge and experience in Value Selling and RISE Value Framework
Knowledge of DSC and BTP portfolio and business processes
Bachelor/Master's Degree
10+ years in sales, pre-sales, sustainability, or consultative engagement
Ability to collaborate, drive teamwork
Knowledge of and ability to position the value of SAP's private and public cloud offerings and L1 Sustainability solutions, possess a passion to learn from other subject matter experts
Anticipate, recognize, and address any customer challenges/issues/opportunities in a timely manner, meeting and/or exceeding expectations and managing risks
Experience leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams (including executive, peer, customer, services and partner)
Ability to mentor peers to scale knowledge and drive to common purposes and goals
Proven ability to turn strategies into actionable plans, leveraging a matrixed organization to support the change
Knowledge of sustainability and related regulations including SAP customer challenges across industries
Manage sustainability pipeline for your assigned territory including opportunity identification, day to day tracking and VAT collaboration
High energy and commitment with a track record of delivering results in a sales/presales environment
