Resolution Case Manager ( Tax Resolution)

They are seeking a self-motivated Resolution Case Manager to serve as the primary contact between clients and tax professionals, managing a heavy load of client files and ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

Using our software to keep track of and obtain various forms, documents and records from our clients, to be submitted to Tax Professionals
Manage a heavy load (300-500) of clients and their files
Communicate with clients and Tax Professionals in a helpful manner with a priority on customer service
Assist clients with completing IRS forms
Constant phone and email follow up (contacting every client at least once every 2 weeks)
Submit a minimum of 15 closes per month for case closure/resolution
Grasp and become proficient on IRS and state tax knowledge

Required

Ability to work 8-hour shift Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
1+ year working in administration, customer service, financial services (preferred)
Tax Resolution preferred but not required
Proficient and easily adaptable to CRM software and computer systems
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Passionate Customer Service skills
Work in a fast-paced environment
