Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management: Develop, manage, and implement detailed Mechanical plans that align with project specifications, schedules, and budgetary requirements
Quality Assurance: Oversee inspections and testing of Mechanical systems to maintain high standards of quality, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements
Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all Mechanical work is conducted in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies, identifying and addressing potential safety issues
Cost Control & Reporting: Track Mechanical expenses, monitor budget adherence, and prepare regular project reports on progress, challenges, and resource needs
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve technical and operational issues to prevent project delays and ensure continuity of work
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years Mechanical expertise preferably with a focus on large-scale commercial or public-sector projects
Deep understanding of mechanical systems, building codes, and industry best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and stakeholder management
