The role involves vendor oversight, negotiating leases, managing project workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's's macro new build and modification programs and service improvements
Vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners
Successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product
Supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence
Negotiating leases or amendments
Managing work flow forecasts
Obtaining governmental approvals and permits
Work as a self-starter to drive projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects
Collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes
Include PO management
Assist with special projects as they arise
Qualification
Required
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction (network real estate) project management experience
Experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred
Previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client's
Familiarity or experience with upper midwestern region
Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding milestones and the impact of the job to the overall program
Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals
Excellent communication skills with a positive team-focused energy and drive
Creative problem solver that is able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
Experience with database tracking systems/tools
Preferred
Experience with Client's processes and tools (FUZE)
