Responsibilities

You will complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for leaders, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compiling documents for travel-related meetings; and scheduling and coordinating meetings internally and/or with vendors
You will research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the leader, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature as well as determine appropriate course of action, referral or response
You will provide a bridge for smooth communication between the leader's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
You will work closely and effectively with the leader(s) by keeping him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, as well as following up appropriately

Required

Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
Demonstrated skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Demonstrated experience in administrative work and general office administration
Keyboarding/typing ability of 25 WPM
Solid knowledge and experience of PC and product software
