Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and audit BOMs and raw material part numbers across the product lifecycle
Manage BOM changes, version control, and alignment with technical and manufacturing requirements
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
Support cost rolls, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze BOM data to identify cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities
Generate reporting tied to standards like OEE, labor, waste, and material costs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
3–5 years of BOM or manufacturing data management experience
Strong ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, IQMS, or similar)
Excel power user with strong analytical and organizational skills
Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred
Lean / Six Sigma exposure is a plus
