Responsibilities

Configure Eyelit Technologies’ solutions to accurately model and integrate with customer environments
Engage with customers at all levels, from boardroom executives to shop-floor staff, to understand their requirements and determine optimal solutions
Oversee project implementations from initial customer training through to ongoing support, ensuring smooth transitions and successful outcomes
Conduct training sessions for users to ensure they are proficient in using Eyelit Technologies systems
Build and customize screens, dashboards, and user interfaces using Eyelit Technologies’ designer tools
Specify, develop, and test interfaces to integrate Eyelit Technologies with third-party systems
Perform testing of new releases and updates to ensure functionality and reliability
Test and commission the final system to confirm it meets all specified requirements and performance standards
Travel to customer sites with short notice (1-2 weeks) to provide on-site support and implementation services
Lead or participate in various assigned projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and project goals
Collaborate with customers post-implementation to ensure the system delivers long-term value and meets key performance areas
Working with the support team to ensure seamless transfer to ongoing support for the customer
Input to the product roadmap – feedback of customer requirements / opportunities driving system development
Working with development team to ensure new system functionalities required for a customer meet requirements in terms of specification, testing and delivery on time vs plan
Potential to get involved in pre-sales scoping process
Lead or participate in other assigned projects

Required

ITAR authorization and limited to U.S. persons (22 CFR 120.62)
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) solutions
Own end-to-end tool automation across SECS/GEM and other industrial protocols (e.g., OPC, APIs), from equipment connectivity and event handling to automated command execution and alarm orchestration across MES and factory systems
3+ years' experience in manufacturing (manufacturing management or software solutions implementation within the manufacturing industry)
2+ years' experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a related field
Experience with SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases
Strong interest in IT and computer technology
Understanding of integration methods and APIs to connect the company's solutions with other systems, and ability to lead the selection of optimal solutions
Ability to build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, understand their business needs, and provide effective solutions. Capable of leading long-term strategic technical discussions for future product opportunities
Proficiency in delivering presentations to clients, demonstrating product features and benefits
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support

Preferred

Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Eyelit MES to support manufacturing operations
Previous experience in automating factory tools through various integration methods, enabling direct software-driven equipment control, real-time monitoring, and streamlined production processes
Understanding of shop-floor control systems
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing key drivers, challenges, and industry KPIs, enabling the guidance of best-practice use of the product to meet customer business priorities
Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Java, C#, or other .NET technologies
Experience supporting an enterprise software application
Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management, solution implementation, or industry-specific fields (e.g., PMP) are advantageous
