They are seeking a summer intern for the Strategic Communications team, which will provide hands-on experience in a corporate environment and support various corporate initiatives through digital asset management and organization.

Responsibilities
You will assess, organize, and standardize all digital assets including images, videos, and other media across the organization
You will assist in building a Digital Asset Management (DAM) System using SharePoint or Microsoft 365 tool
The creation of this (DAM) system will enable easier retrieval, consistent naming conventions, proper tagging, and ensure compliance with copyright and usage deadlines
Qualification
Required
You must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree
You must be a rising junior, senior, or a recent graduate in 2026
You must be available to commit to the 10-week program (June 1 – August 7), full-time, 40 hours/week
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred
BA in graphic design, video/film, animation/kinetic imagery, Information Systems, Library/Information Science, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or Computer Science
Familiarity with file organization
