Responsibilities
Plan and execute IR roadshows for Japanese, Asian and US companies, including setting up meetings, making logistical arrangements and providing onsite assistance while they are traveling
Liaise with Tokyo Headquarters to plan IR roadshows for Japanese companies
Work closely with Japan and Asian Equities sales teams to identify investor trends and propose effective IR roadshows
Plan and execute investment conferences/corporate days in North America
Leveraging reporting metrics to identify areas of opportunity and measure success of defined strategies
Creating additional corporate opportunities for clients by deepening relationships with company management and investor teams
Qualification
Required
Licensed in SIE, Series 7 and preferably Series 63
Japanese or native Japanese speaker with business level English
Institutional knowledge of all aspects of the corporate access business
Bachelor's degree
Driven self-starter with five or more years of corporate access or similar industry experience
Experience with Microsoft suite of products and solid analytical orientation
