Manage the sales pipeline from qualification through close, ensuring a disciplined and consistent process
Collaborate with marketing, advisors, and client service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a positive client experience
Represent the firm professionally in the community, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner for high-net-worth families
Qualification
Required
5+ years of successful sales or business development experience in financial services
Demonstrated success in both inbound lead conversion and outbound opportunity generation (e.g., COIs, referrals, local business development)
Strong understanding of wealth management concepts, financial planning, and investment strategies
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex topics simply and persuasively
