Responsibilities
Leverage Digital Tools to Architect full electric powertrain configurations across diverse machine platforms, coordinating deliverables and timing for virtual, lab, and testbed demonstrators
Collaborate with product architecture leaders to develop optimized ePowertrain power‑path concepts integrating electric machines, power sources, power conversion/distribution, and electro‑mechanical‑hydraulic systems
Build and deploy scalable subsystem/component models for power electronics, electric machines, power sources, brakes, and advanced electro‑mechanical transmissions to guide product strategy
Refine or synthesize new electric powertrain designs using strong engineering fundamentals and first‑principles analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering
Minimum 8-10 years
CAE Software: Matlab/Simulink/Simscape/Simcenter/Ansys
Python coding
