Responsibilities
Oversee and support production employees throughout the shift
Monitor workflow to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are achieved
Communicate shift updates, issues, and performance feedback
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies
Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinating maintenance when needed
Foster a positive team environment and promote continuous improvement
Contribute to a performance driven culture by improving quality, minimizing downtime, and increasing overall production throughput
Attentiveness on the reduction of scrap, and re-work loops
Knowledge required to operate 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC machining centers as well as manual machines
Use of various hand tools and measuring equipment including but not limited to, micrometer, depth micrometer caliper, height stand, Indicator, dial indicator snap gages, max-T gages, radius etc

Safely ascend and descend stairs and ramps
Remain in a stationary position, often sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time up to approximately 2 hours
Significant use of hands and arms, plus finger dexterity to reach, point, write, type, operate a computer and other office equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Move about to accomplish tasks and move from one work area to another
Constantly repeating motions that include use of the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Perform light physical work that includes the ability to adjust or move objects up to 20 lbs
Communicate with others to exchange information
All positions require eye protection be worn when in manufacturing areas. Hearing protection is recommended when in manufacturing areas
Associate Degree (2-year degree required) — manufacturing, business, or related field
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold others accountable
Willingness to learn production processes and equipment
Basic measuring devices (Calipers, Micrometers)
Some experience in manufacturing, production, or a hands-on work environment
Familiarity with safety, quality, or lean manufacturing concepts
Basic computer skills (email, logs, production reporting)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
