PWM Private Wealth Advisor Partner

The Private Wealth Advisor Partner is responsible for developing and managing client relationships in Private Wealth Management, working closely with a Senior Advisor to achieve business development and client retention goals.

Responsibilities
Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for PWM
Partnering with Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies
Achieving sales, revenue and practice excellence goals with Senior Advisor
Honing the technical aspects of a given product specialty area and developing superior client facing skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to seven years of related experience
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z
Proven track record of sales support
Preferred
Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong client facing skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Well-developed analytical skills
Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
