Responsibilities
Facilitating the transfer of responsibility for service delivery from the customer to the delivery organization during the initial stages of a contract
Managing a subset of the transition or the entire transition and transformation program
Applying standard methodologies to develop and coordinate winning transition solutions and costs
Prioritizing client satisfaction and maintaining a strong relationship with the client
Managing budgets, costs, and financial resources effectively
Qualification
Required
Previous experience of transitioning finance related processes to offshore or near shore locations
Ability to manage budgets, costs, and financial resources effectively
Deep understanding of financial concepts
Experience in managing a subset of the transition or the entire transition and transformation program
Strong relationship management skills with clients
Ability to apply standard methodologies to develop and coordinate transition solutions and costs
Preferred
Experience as a Delivery or controllership Finance professional
