Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions with programs team members to understand current workflows, reporting processes, and desired future state
Document operational challenges, inefficiencies, and user journeys related to partner reporting and data management
Develop visual workflow maps and prepare presentation materials for leadership stakeholders
Research, evaluate, and demo 5–7 CRM or Grant Management System solutions aligned with organisational needs
Compare platforms based on functionality, scalability, cost, and usability
Produce clear recommendations for the top 3 solutions, including implementation considerations such as resourcing, timelines, and estimated investment
Act as a subject matter expert throughout the engagement, supporting vendor discussions where needed

Required

Proven experience leading CRM or Grant Management System selection projects for foundations or international NGOs

Comfortable evaluating technical platforms and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, self-directed, and able to work independently
Experience managing vendor relationships and product demonstrations
