This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the proper uploading, categorization, and maintenance of content libraries.

Responsibilities
Upload Marketing COE digital assets into enterprise platforms (e.g., Adobe Assets, SharePoint, LucidLink, Airtable, YouTube) and ensure proper organization
Apply established taxonomies, metadata schemas, folder structures, and naming conventions
Coordinate with the DAM Librarian for metadata support and enhancements
Audit metadata and tags to improve search functionality
Liaise with content creators and marketing teams for accurate metadata entry and timely file availability
Provide administrative support to the Content & Creative team related to content operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification
1–2 years of relevant experience in content operations or similar roles
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening) and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
English (C1 level)
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Assets preferred but not required
