Determine methods and procedures for the recovery of existing survey control and establishing secondary survey control as needed
Operate and maintain all survey equipment including manual and robotic total stations, levels, GPS, and any other survey equipment
Perform layout work competently and accurately as specified
Familiar with Topcon/Leica/Trimble hardware and software or willingness to learn
Mathematical skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Possess an understanding of algebra and geometry
Understand and comply with all Company Safety policies and procedures as well as OSHA Regulations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2-4 years' experience in the surveying industry
Field based project execution experience
1 year minimum of construction layout
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver's license before employment
