Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to oversee and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and making informed business decisions
Proven experience in Team Management, including leadership, collaboration, mentorship, and development of high-performing teams
Excellent skills in Budgeting and financial planning to effectively manage resources and track performance against financial goals
A strong background in Customer Service with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive positive outcomes for operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with virtual care, healthcare, or wellbeing solutions is strongly preferred
advanced degree preferred
