This highly technical, hands-on role involves providing operational ownership of production infrastructure and leading automation initiatives to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide operational ownership of production infrastructure, including access management, audit support, change control, and incident resolution in a 24x7 environment
Lead automation initiatives using PowerShell and modern scripting tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Maintain and optimize Windows server environments (2016–2022), including Active Directory, IIS, and enterprise COTS applications
Manage patching, upgrades, disaster recovery processes, and performance tuning
Deliver SLA-driven support, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvements in partnership with stakeholders
Enhance monitoring, automation, and incident response through industry best practices and modern tooling
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise Windows infrastructure experience, supporting highly available, production environments
Advanced expertise in Windows Server (2016–2022) with strong hands-on experience in Active Directory and IIS
3+ years of PowerShell scripting and automation
Experience working within ITSM frameworks, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow
Working knowledge of enterprise server hardware (Dell, Cisco) and out-of-band management technologies
Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms, including Nutanix, Hyper-V, AWS, or Azure
DevOps-oriented mindset, with exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
