Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate initiatives across the Aeronautics business unit
Oversee software‑modernization efforts for more than 25 cross‑functional teams
Monitor team progress
Maintain an up‑to‑date scorecard that reflects performance against predefined criteria
Drive continuous improvement through targeted action plans
Manage Jira roadmaps
Ensure accurate data collection
Prepare clear, leadership‑ready presentations that showcase milestones, risks, and resource needs
Qualification
Required
CAM experience
Basic knowledge of DevSecOps
Proven and demonstrated program management or project engineering leadership, organizational coordination, and communication skills
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision capable of clear communication through multiple levels of senior and executive leadership
Budget management skills
Experience developing, maintaining, and executing project plans
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
