Customer Success Associate
AgileArc is seeking a Customer Success Associate who excels in relationship-building and data-driven insights within the healthcare sector. The role involves guiding customers through onboarding and training while leveraging healthcare data to enhance customer outcomes and experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead onboarding and training sessions to drive early adoption and customer confidence
Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow guidance, best practices, and product questions
Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to support retention and reduce churn
Improve customer experience through CSAT, NPS, and qualitative feedback loops
Build trusted relationships with users across payer, provider, and life sciences organizations
Analyze healthcare claims data to identify hospitals, providers, and care patterns, and interpret what these signals mean for customer operations and outcomes
Use Excel to clean, structure, and validate claims‑based datasets, ensuring accuracy in hospital attribution, utilization metrics, and customer‑provided inputs
Transform raw claims findings into clear narratives; explaining trends, anomalies, and drivers in a way that resonates with non‑technical stakeholders
Develop usage summaries, performance dashboards, and claims‑based insights that highlight customer value, operational opportunities, and areas for improvement
Partner with internal teams to flag data quality issues, refine hospital‑level logic, and translate customer feedback into product or workflow enhancement
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to advocate for customer needs and enhancements
Contribute to documentation, playbooks, and training materials that improve customer experience
Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing to deepen understanding of healthcare data structures and analytics workflows
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years in Customer Success, account management, healthcare analytics, or a related role (experience with a SaaS company strongly preferred)
Familiarity with healthcare data such as claims (ICD‑9/10, CPT, NDC), price transparency files, or clinical datasets
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, basic modeling)
Ability to interpret data outputs and explain analytical concepts to customers with varying levels of technical expertise
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and customer‑centric
Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in improving healthcare through better data and technology
Preferred
Background in payer, provider, or life sciences operations
Exposure to SaaS platforms or analytics products
