Director of Information Technology
TUEREN, Inc. is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Director to lead the company’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year IT roadmap that modernizes infrastructure and strengthens cybersecurity while partnering closely with business leaders to align technology initiatives with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead the enterprise IT roadmap focused on modernizing aging infrastructure, centralizing Finance systems, and deploying a comprehensive Business Intelligence reporting solution aligned with corporate strategy
Form, build, and lead the full IT organization, including Infrastructure, IT Applications, OT (Operational Technology), Business Analytics, and AI teams
Lead a comprehensive, cross-functional rollout of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central across multiple business units, centralizing accounting and finance operations onto a single platform and retiring legacy ERP systems
Establish IT governance, standards, policies, and best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, and security
Oversee infrastructure operations including networks, servers, cloud platforms, endpoints, and disaster recovery
Ensure cybersecurity posture meets regulatory and industry standards; manage risk assessments and incident response
Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing leadership to identify and prioritize technology-enabled improvements
Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing
Drive adoption of data analytics, reporting, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, advanced analytics)
Build a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the IT organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including enterprise applications and infrastructure
Proven experience leading ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Experience building and managing multi-disciplinary IT teams
Must have Food Manufacturing and/or CPG industry environments experience
Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and modernization initiatives
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure environments
Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI or similar)
Operational Technology (OT) systems in manufacturing
M&A systems integration experience
