Responsibilities
Represent a nationally recognised telecom brand (T-Mobile) in a B2B environment
Engage with local businesses through face-to-face sales conversations
Learn core sales, communication, and customer engagement skills
Work within a structured team environment with coaching and support
Progress based on consistency, performance, and professionalism
Support in-person sales activity by engaging with local businesses, assisting with product explanations, and helping deliver a professional brand experience
Interact with business owners and decision-makers in person, supporting conversations around telecom products and services, and helping explain how these solutions improve day-to-day operations
Assist with product demonstrations, answer basic questions, and support customer onboarding alongside more experienced team members
Manage your time effectively, keep accurate notes of interactions, and apply feedback to improve your communication and professionalism
