Proficiency in layout-heavy documents such as proposals, boards, and reports
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and renderings
Strong typography, color, and composition skills
Prepare color and material selections for design projects
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
High level of organization and file management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, polished deliverables
Ability to create clear, well-composed layouts for presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Basic understanding of architectural drawings, plans, and design terminology
Experience preparing graphics for client presentations and internal reviews
Strong typography, color, and visual hierarchy skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Willingness to take direction, learn firm standards, and grow design skills over time
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an architectural or design-focused firm
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Proficiency in layout-heavy documents such as proposals, boards, and reports
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, plans, and renderings
Strong typography, color, and composition skills
