Responsibilities
Own delivery and lifecycle management of facility and OT systems
Plan and execute system, server, and application upgrades
Lead proof of concepts and validate new technologies with minimal risk
Create and maintain lifecycle, change, and compliance documentation
Collaborate with vendors, facilities, IT, and security teams
Communicate status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting OT, facilities, or building systems (alarms, sensors, BAS, instrumentation)
Strong understanding of IT system lifecycle (SLC) and change management
Hands-on experience with system upgrades, PoCs, and system compatibility validation
Ability to document system changes, risks, and decisions clearly
Understanding of IoT/OT concepts and integration with IT systems
Strong communication and delivery ownership mindset
