Edit 10–20 short-form ad videos per week for paid social campaigns
Turn raw footage or assets into engaging, conversion-focused creatives
Optimize videos for performance (hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, etc.)
Qualification

Proven experience editing performance ads for social media (especially Meta platforms)
Strong understanding of what drives clicks and conversions
Ability to work efficiently and meet weekly delivery targets
Attention to detail and a strong sense of pacing and storytelling
