This role involves providing clerical and administrative support, processing shipments, and assisting in various shipping operations.
Packaging & Containers
Responsibilities
Floater between two shipping offices
Prepare paperwork for daily shipments (BOL’s, custom documents, etc.)
Process shipments in carrier websites and schedule freight pick-ups (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
Fill out manual shipping documents
Process DMR’s/return material
Update daily reports
Process government shipments
Assist drivers when picking up freight
Assist and cover for co-workers
Investigate shipping discrepancies
Qualification
Required
Shipping office - clerical work (experience and knowledge)
Computer Literate, Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Basic office equipment
Floater between two shipping offices
