Responsibilities

Deliver end‑to‑end MDM projects: data model design, hub configuration, match rules, performance tuning, and E360 configuration (if applicable)
Own backend solution for Informatica MDM (hub schemas, staging, landing, trust/survivorship, match/merge, SIF/API)
Design and implement match rules, external match strategies, and incremental/delta load patterns
Implement and maintain merge/unmerge, history tracking, and data stewardship processes
Plan and execute large data loads (e.g., 2M+ records) in manageable chunks; use MDM log analysis, block‑wise processing, external match, rowid‑based loads to optimize throughput
Design and oversee decommissioning for sources (soft delete vs hard delete) and RecalculateBVT processing
Monitor and manage history table growth, implement archiving strategies, and perform SQL deletions on history tables where appropriate
Analyze and resolve performance issues across match/merge, user exits, and batch jobs; provide concrete examples of tuning applied
Provide expertise in MDM architecture, data integration, data quality, data governance, and data security
Develop MDM + ETL solution architecture, including batch and real‑time integrations, and performance tuning considerations
Lead design of the MDM data model (base objects, cross‑references, relationships) and data mappings
Configure and customize MDM hub, services, web services, user exits, SIF/API packages, and integration patterns
Function as Design Authority in technical design reviews; approve code reviews and technical deliverables
Work closely with business & IT stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify scenarios, and design solutions

Maintain compliance with SDLC, change control, and development standards
Develop and review implementation plans and contingency plans; support estimation and scheduling
Client‑facing role: partner with customers, architects, and other consultants on‑site and remote
Lead and mentor team members (offshore/onshore), assign tasks, and review work
Provide clear communication, presentations, and documentation (including performance analysis, history/archive plans, and decommissioning strategies)
