Responsibilities

Work with system owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure security controls are implemented to reduce risk
Discover cyber risks, understand policies, and develop a mitigation plan
Assess the entire threat landscape by gathering technical, environmental, and personnel details from SMEs and engineers
Guide clients through a plan of action regarding their security needs
Translate security concepts for clients to help them make informed decisions about securing their mission-critical systems

Qualification

Cybersecurity experienceRisk Management FrameworkNIST 800-53 knowledgeSecurity requirements articulationTeam leadership ability

Required

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity
3+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework
Knowledge of NIST 800-53
Ability to articulate security requirements and concerns to a variety of stakeholders
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience identifying gaps in security postures and proposing solutions
Ability to lead teams
Bachelor's degree
