Client Service and Operations Administrator
Weaver Capital Management is an independent, planning-led wealth management firm serving high net-worth individuals and families. They are seeking a Client Service & Operations Administrator to support their advisory team and ensure a consistent, high touch client experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, preparation, and follow-up
Assist with onboarding new clients and account setup
Execute and track workflows within Redtail CRM
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Support operations, compliance documentation, and internal processes
Provide administrative and office support to advisors and operations staff
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management firm preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems (Redtail experience a plus)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment
