Responsibilities

Conduct on-site forensic evaluations of structures, foundations, and soils
Perform detailed inspections of subfloor and structural components
Identify issues, analyze damage, and recommend repair solutions
Write clear and professional engineering reports
Communicate findings to clients, internal project managers, and leadership
Stay current on applicable codes and standards (CBC, IBC, AISC, ACI, etc.)

Required

Professional Engineer license in California (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
5+ years of experience in structural engineering, including fieldwork
Experience with forensic evaluations and field troubleshooting
Knowledge of structural codes and repair best practices
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
