Prepare BRD, FRS, user stories, and process workflows
Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning and UAT
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Ensure timely delivery of project requirements
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Preferred
Domain experience and certifications (CBAP/CCBA) are a plus
