Sales Intern
The Kendall Group is a 100% employee-owned company serving various industries. The Sales Intern role is responsible for supporting sales initiatives through project-based assignments that enhance processes and customer experience, providing hands-on exposure to sales principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities
Supporting key sales initiatives by completing project-based assignments that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive value for the business
Providing hands-on exposure to foundational sales principles, customer engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
Owning and delivering a project or multiple projects from start to finish during their time with The Kendall Group
Addressing a gap within the function and driving tangible value for the business
Participating in a Kendall Charitable Giving Event
Meeting and familiarizing with the executive and senior leadership team members
Gaining exposure to the various business units and departments that make up the organization
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an associates, bachelor's or graduate degree at an accredited institution in Business, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field; Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
A well-rounded skill set including knowledge of Microsoft Office, common software packages, data analysis, organization skills, and the general nature of being detail-oriented
Ability to see, talk and hear
Ability to sit for 8 hours a day
